Our Team

Deborah (Deb) is a CPA and the president and co-founder of Clear View Business Solutions. (which was founded in 2004 by Janine and Deb). Her passion is in working with entrepreneurs and small business owners to make sound financial decisions including tax saving strategies. She loves making numbers simple and easy to understand learning about tax strategies that will benefit her clients. She has over 25 years’ experience working with small business owners and entrepreneurs on start-up, finance and accounting issues. She also works with individuals on tax planning and financial goal setting. Deborah holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University, a Master of Business Administration degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and is a licensed CPA in Arizona. She is married to Harry Elver (the Computer Guy) and is mom to two grown sons.

Janine is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with Intuit’s Platinum Care Team and the vice president and co-founder of Clear View Business Solutions. She has extensive training in QuickBooks and has designed and implemented a number of QuickBooks files for small business owners. With more than 20 years’ experience, Janine has led numerous one-on-one training sessions with small business owners and employees helping them navigate through QuickBooks. Her goal is to educate even the most novice client so that they don’t feel overwhelmed by the software. Janine has a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and an associate degree from Phoenix College. She was born and raised in Albuquerque and moved to Tucson in 1993. She is married to Jim Kaucher and has two grown sons who are married and living in Tucson.

Tony has worked with Clear View for over 13 years as a tax specialist. He loves helping people save money by paying less taxes. Tony is an IRS-Certified Enrolled Agent with over 22 years’ experience preparing taxes for individuals, partnerships, non-profits and corporations. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. In addition to his role as a tax specialist, Tony has assisted many charter schools, parishes and non-profits with their accounting needs, including preparing budgets, payrolls and annual reports. He holds an associate degree in Business Administration from Fresno City College, studied business law and accounting at California State University, and is a retired Army veteran of 30 years. Tony has been married to his wife for 29 years and has one daughter. He also enjoys riding his bicycle, working in his woodshop and doing home-improvement projects.

Tom is a tax preparer who enjoys helping people keep all things in their financial life in good order. He is an IRS-Certified Enrolled Agent with 12 years’ industry experience. Tom has been on the Clear View team for two years. He was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and came to Tucson in 1978 to attend the University of Arizona, where he graduated with a business degree in accounting. The Sonoran Desert has been his home ever since. In addition to tax and accounting services, Tom also has more than 20 years’ experience in the investment management and advisory services business. He is married with two children and lives in Winterhaven. In his spare time, Tom enjoys traveling, cooking and eating good food, and climbing Tumamoc Hill. He is a staunch supporter of University of Arizona Athletics. Bear Down!

Marya is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience and is also a Certified Tax Coach and a Concierge CPA. This is Marya’s third career. Her previous experiences were in Credit Risk Management and Operations Management. At age 54, Marya became a CPA and ran her own Tax and Accounting firm, CPA Check Up, before joining Clear View in October 2021. Marya loves Advisory Services and enjoys helping clients by creating a safe space for them to feel empowered as she guides them through financial strategies, making them easy to understand and implement. In her free time, Marya enjoys hiking around beautiful Tucson. She also enjoys yoga and meditation. Marya has three very special “assistants” who her clients really love to work with: Danger, Mickey Mayhem, and Geralt can be found hard at work snuggling, enjoying a treat, sun-bathing, and barking/meowing a welcoming hello.

Elizabeth is a CPA and the Tax Manager of Clear View Business solutions. She has extensive experience in the tax field with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree from William Howard Taft University. She has been a CPA for 23 years, working with a variety of clients from Riverdance performers to attorneys to small business owners. She enjoys helping small businesses and new clients work their way through the tax system. Though she was born in Wisconsin, she has been in Tucson for almost all her life. She is a mother of 5: two are engineers, one is a financial analyst, one is a Navy sailor and the other is a project manager. She is also a grandmother of 2 who are in elementary school. Elizabeth enjoys the rain, reading, and catching up on her true crime TV shows.

Christina joined Clear View in June 2022 as our Client Success Manager. She has a B.A. in Management from Lourdes University in Ohio. Christina is also licensed with The State of Arizona as an Accident/Life/Health Producer, as well as an Arizona notary public. She has an emphasis on client development and retention, partner relations and project management. Christina assists with facilitating new client growth, as well as handling the daily operations of the firm in an efficient, professional and welcoming manner. She has been married to her husband for 20 years and is a mom to one adult son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, hot yoga and being outdoors.

Harry has been with Clear View Business Solutions since the beginning when his wife, Deborah Elver, started the business with Janine Kaucher in 2004. He has helped with all the technology and IT needs and requirements for Clear View and continues to provide tech support and advice. Harry has over twenty years of IT consulting experience for all types of business clients including accountants. He has a B.S degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Arizona. Harry has lived in Tucson since 1988 and raised two sons with Deborah. Harry enjoys racquetball, pickleball, hiking, and photography.

Kimberly is an accountant at Clear View, dedicated to helping small businesses maintain clean and accurate books. With over 30 years of tax preparation experience, she recognized that many financial challenges stem from bookkeeping issues. That realization fueled her passion for providing quality accounting services that help businesses grow. Kimberly earned her education from the University of Chicago and the University of Phoenix. She understands that strong financial records can make all the difference when securing investors or loans for business expansion. A mother of four adult daughters, and an adorable granddaughter, Kimberly values family above all else. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and spending time with loved ones.

Cindy is the Tax Advisory Manager at Clear View, bringing expertise and insight to help clients uncover missed opportunities to save on their taxes. As an IRS-Certified Enrolled Agent with a master’s degree in Accounting, she has a deep understanding of tax strategies that make a real difference. Cindy enjoys working closely with clients to ensure they maximize their savings and stay ahead of tax challenges. When she’s not working, she loves spending time outdoors - camping, hiking, and making memories with her kids and grandkids.

Catherine is a CPA and has worked for Clear View Business Solutions since 2020. She has a BS from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and a masters degree in tax from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Catherine has been a CPA for 32 years and has worked most of her career in public accounting. Wisconsin has been her home for all but two years of her life that she spent in CA during her husband’s military duty. Her & her husband enjoy spending their winters in Tucson. She is married with 3 children and one grandchild. Her hobbies are puzzling, quilting, traveling, and reading.

Jessie is grateful for the opportunity to partner with Clear View clients by providing accurate and exceptional accounting. She is enthusiastic about providing timely and accurate business financials, giving owners the time and energy to do what they love about their business - the vehicle to remember why they established the business in the first place. When Jessie isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband and two sons - including dominating in card games like Uno or getting crushed in video games!

Amanda is a bookkeeper with a passion for bringing clarity and confidence to small business finances. With 25 + years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, financial cleanup, and tax preparation support, she enjoys helping clients transform confusing financial records into organized, reliable information they can use to make better business decisions. Amanda is currently pursuing her Enrolled Agent credential to expand the tax services she can provide. She believes that good bookkeeping is about more than numbers—it's about giving business owners peace of mind so they can focus on what they do best.

Mimi joined Clear View in October 2025 as our Administrative Assistant. She has a B.A. in Marketing from Georgia Gwinnett College. She specializes in customer service, calendar management, and creating efficient administrative processes. Mimi is passionate about supporting others and finding ways to improve workflows. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, attending local events, and volunteering in her community.

Christy joined Clear View in February 2026 as a QuickBooks Certified Bookkeeper. She has a B.A. in Economics and French from University of North Carolina. She has a background in Commercial Banking as a Credit Analyst and worked at 1 Wall Street right out of college. Christy is also a former longtime client of Clear View as a Business Owner who worked with Deb and her team for 9+ years. Christy understands firsthand that running a business is a challenging endeavor. She enjoys helping our clients save time and stress with hands-on support for accurate recordkeeping and reporting. She prides herself in being approachable and responsive to our clients with a commitment to precision and reliability in bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and more. She has been living in Tucson for the most part since 2000. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, yoga and Barre classes, and being outdoors.

Sandie joined Clear View in May 2025 as a tax preparer. She is an IRS-Certified Enrolled Agent with years of experience in preparing taxes. She enjoys helping clients organize their financial documents and preparing their individual tax returns. She is currently pursuing her master's in Accounting and plans to sit for the CPA exam. On the weekends she enjoys bike rides with her family on the Loop and taking her son to Chess tournaments.

Danita is grateful for the opportunity to partner with Clear View clients by helping them navigate the ever-changing world of taxes with confidence. With more than 15 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation, she enjoys working through complex tax situations and developing strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and providing the personalized guidance and exceptional service every client deserves.

Danita is currently pursuing her Enrolled Agent (EA) credential to further expand the tax planning and representation services she can provide. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Alaska, and taking advantage of every opportunity to travel and experience new places.
