About Us

Deborah Elver is a CPA in public practice specializing in financial analysis and tax planning for small businesses and individuals. She has over 15 years experience working with small business owners and entrepreneurs on start-up, finance and accounting issues. She also works with individuals on tax planning and analysis of financial decisions. Deborah holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration degree from Thunderbird—the Garvin School of Management and is a licensed CPA in Arizona.

Janine Kaucher is a certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor. She has extensive training with QuickBooks and teaches QuickBooks at the Small Business Development Center through Pima College in Tucson. She has held numerous one-on-one sessions with small business owners and employees training them to achieve their goals through QuickBooks. She has experience with charter schools as well as small businesses. Janine has a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and an associate’s degree from Phoenix College. She owns Clear View Business Solutions, LLC and is partner to Debbie Elver.
